Any fans of BR?

Personally it ranks up there with my favourites of Rashmon, Battles without honour or humanity and Lady Snowblood. It's Japanese cinema at it's finest (ok so the book and Manga explain more...but hey you can only do so much in an hour and a half/two hours.).

Yeah I totally loved BR ...BRII was good too.

I have yet to see it I have no idea why I have not. I keep saying I want to go see it.... but then I always forget to grab it at the video store. I even missed it when it was in theaters

BR II was not as good as 1, but hey which sequel is better that its predecessor....

Lord of the rings got better and better although maybe the first was better then the second.

Anyway I will check out BR this week and get back to you all with review.

mmm ... I watched BR on YouTube, but I watched it over and over and over again.

Have to agree the sequel wasn't quite as good as the original.
